If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
